30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At tryNaruraluxe, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for a full refund.

1. Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • In the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included.
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

2. How to start a return

Email support@trynaruraluxe.com with:

  • Your order number (e.g., #1234)
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return (helps us improve)
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

We'll review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: items returned without a prior return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at your cost.

4. Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@trynaruraluxe.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund - whichever you prefer.

5. Items not eligible for return

For health, safety, and hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used personal-care items (LumeLift Pro™ that has been in contact with skin).
  • Final sale, clearance, or "as-is" items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or modifications.

Note: a sealed, unused LumeLift Pro™ in original packaging is fully returnable.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product (e.g., Pink → Silver) is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Once your return is processed, you'll receive your refund automatically.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming approval or rejection.

  • Approved: your refund is automatically issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.
  • Rejected: your item will be returned to you and we'll explain why.

Banking timelines vary. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received the refund, please email support@trynaruraluxe.com.

8. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer - there is often a posting delay.
  3. If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, email support@trynaruraluxe.com.

9. Return shipping costs

  • Defective or wrong item: we cover return shipping (free for you).
  • Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (typically $8-15 in the US, $15-30 international).
