Do not use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, cardiac implant, epilepsy, or active inflamed skin conditions. Always consult a healthcare professional before use if you have concerns. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tryNaruraluxe and EkpeDigitCo LLC, our officers, directors, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Casper, Wyoming, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
