Safety & Precautions

LumeLift Pro™ uses LED and microcurrent technology in the low-intensity range engineered for at-home cosmetic use. It is generally safe for healthy adults, but a few precautions apply. Please read this page carefully before your first use.

🚫 Do NOT use LumeLift Pro™ if you:

• Have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other implanted electronic medical device
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Have active cancer or are currently undergoing radiation or chemotherapy
• Have severe heart conditions or uncontrolled hypertension
• Have metal implants or facial fillers in the treatment area within the last 6 months
• Are under 18 years old

⚠️ Use with caution if you have:

• Active acne, eczema, rosacea or broken skin in the treatment area — avoid those zones
• Recent cosmetic procedures (Botox, laser, chemical peel) — wait at least 2-4 weeks
• Photosensitive medication (tretinoin, accutane, certain antibiotics) — consult your dermatologist first
• Very sensitive skin — perform a 24-hour patch test before full use

✅ Safe usage guidelines

1. Always start with a patch test: apply gel and run device on a small area of your jaw for 1 minute. Wait 24h. If no irritation, proceed with full routine.
2. Always use with conductive gel (included). Never use the device on dry skin.
3. Avoid the thyroid area (front of the throat).
4. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. Use gently around the eye area, on bone (orbital ridge), never on the eyelid itself.
5. Do not exceed 5-7 minutes per session. More is not better.
6. Maximum 1 session per day. Daily is optimal; less frequent is also fine.
7. Stop immediately if you experience pain, burning, dizziness, or any unusual reaction. Contact us if symptoms persist.

💧 Care & maintenance

• Clean electrodes with a soft damp cloth after each use. Do not submerge in water.
• Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Charge with the included USB-C cable. Use only the cable provided or a certified USB-C cable.
• Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device. This voids the warranty.
• Keep out of reach of children.
