Why is LumeLift Pro™ only $79 when NuFace costs $329?

We work directly with manufacturers of premium beauty devices, cutting out the middleman markup. We don't spend on celebrity endorsements, retail margins or department store fees. Premium brands charge $329 because they can — not because the technology costs $329 to make.

Is LumeLift Pro™ a medical device?

No. LumeLift Pro™ is a cosmetic device intended for at-home personal care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical concern, please consult your healthcare provider.

What's included in the box?

Every order includes: 1x LumeLift Pro™ device, 1x USB-C charging cable, 1x premium conductive gel (15ml, ~30 days daily use), 1x PDF Routine Guide with 5 protocols, and a premium gift box. Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty + 30-day money-back guarantee.

What colors are available?

Two colors: Pink (rose gold) and Silver (brushed). Same device, same price ($79).

Will the price go up?

$79 is our launch price. As the brand grows and we add features, prices may adjust upward. We don't plan deceptive "flash sale" markdowns from inflated prices.

Do you offer discounts on multiple devices?

Not currently — we keep margins thin to maintain the $79 price. Occasionally we run holiday promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter (footer of any page) to be notified first.

Can I buy refill gel separately?

Yes. The 15ml conductive gel that comes with your device lasts about 30 days. Refill tubes are available on the product page. We recommend stocking up if you plan to use the device daily long-term.

How does LED red light at 633nm work?

LED red light at 633nm penetrates the upper layers of the skin to support cellular activity. Published cosmetic studies have reported that consistent use supports collagen activity, helps even skin tone and gives a more radiant appearance over several weeks. How does microcurrent therapy work?

Microcurrent is a very low-intensity electrical current (30-400 µA, in the same range used by spa-grade devices like NuFace Trinity). At this intensity, the current is sub-sensory — you may feel a slight tingle — but it works on the underlying facial muscles, supporting tone and a lifted contour over 2-4 weeks of daily use.

When will I see results?

Many users report a subtle glow or temporary lift after the first 5-minute session. Lasting visible changes — firmer skin, more defined contour, softer fine lines — typically appear after 2 to 4 weeks of daily use. Individual results vary based on skin type, age, hydration and consistency.

How often should I use it?

Once per day, 5 minutes per session. The device auto shuts off after 5 minutes. More is not better — daily consistency outperforms long, infrequent sessions. After 30 days, you can maintain with 3-4 sessions per week.

Should I use it in the morning or evening?

Whatever fits your routine best — consistency matters more than timing. Many users prefer morning to enjoy the temporary lift throughout the day. Others prefer evening as part of a wind-down ritual.

Do I have to use the gel?

Yes. The conductive gel is essential for microcurrent to work — it conducts the current into the skin and prevents irritation. Never use the device on dry skin. Use only conductive gels designed for microcurrent (not regular moisturizer).

Can I use it on my neck?

Yes — the neck and décolleté are appropriate areas. Glide gently upward in long strokes. Always avoid the thyroid area (front of the throat, just below the Adam's apple).

Can I use it around my eyes?

Yes, gently — on the orbital bone (the bony ridge under and around the eye). Never on the eyelid itself. Microcurrent in this area is gentle but follow the orbital bone, not the soft tissue.

How do I charge it?

Connect the included USB-C cable to the device and plug into any USB-C charger or computer port. Full charge takes about 2 hours and lasts approximately 30 days in standby. The device blinks blue while charging and turns solid when full.

Who should NOT use LumeLift Pro™?

Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have epilepsy, have active cancer or are undergoing chemotherapy, have severe heart conditions, have metal implants or facial fillers within 6 months, or are under 18 years old. Can I use it on sensitive skin?

Yes, but start with a 24h patch test on a small area of your jaw before full face use. If you have active acne, eczema, rosacea, or are taking photosensitive medication (tretinoin, accutane), consult your dermatologist first and avoid the affected zones.

Can I use it after Botox or fillers?

Wait at least 2-4 weeks after Botox or filler injections before using LumeLift Pro™. If you have permanent fillers or metal implants in the treatment area, do not use the device on that zone.

Is it safe around the eyes?

Use gently around the eye area on the orbital bone (cheekbone ridge), but never on the eyelid itself. Avoid the thyroid area (front of the throat) and any open wound or irritated skin.

What if I feel a strong tingling?

A mild tingling is normal. If it feels uncomfortable, lift the device, add more gel (the most common cause of strong sensation is insufficient gel), and resume. If discomfort persists, stop the session and contact us.

My skin is red after using it — is this normal?

Light flushing or redness right after the session is normal — it indicates increased circulation. It typically fades in 30-60 minutes. Persistent redness lasting more than 24 hours is not normal — stop use and contact us.

Can teenagers use it?

No. LumeLift Pro™ is designed for adult skin. Anyone under 18 should not use the device.

📦 Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Free shipping to USA, UK, EU, Canada and Australia. Delivery times: USA 5-8 business days, UK 6-9 days, EU 7-12 days. We ship from our US fulfillment center in Casper, WY.

How quickly is my order processed?

Orders placed before 2 PM EST are processed within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact support@trynaruraluxe.com with your order number and a photo if damaged. We'll send a replacement at no cost. See our Customer Support page for details.

Are duties and taxes included?

US, UK and EU orders ship with all duties pre-paid — no surprise at the door. For other countries, local import duties may apply on delivery.

Can I expedite shipping?

Currently we offer standard tracked shipping only. Express options will be available soon — contact us if you need it urgently and we'll see what we can do case-by-case.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes — if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 2 hours of placing the order with the new address. Once shipped, we can't change the destination.

What is your return policy?

30-day money-back guarantee. Use LumeLift Pro™ daily for 30 days. If you don't see visible results, contact us for a full refund. We pay return shipping. No questions asked.

How long is the warranty?

12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Stainless steel electrodes are guaranteed not to oxidize. USB-C charging port is covered. Misuse, drops or water damage are not covered.

How do I request a refund or warranty replacement?

Email support@trynaruraluxe.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24h, 7 days a week. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned device.

Can I exchange Pink for Silver (or vice versa)?

The fastest way is to return your original device for a refund and place a new order in your preferred color. We can't do direct exchanges as our system processes each order separately. Free return shipping either way.

What if my device stops working after 6 months?

Your 12-month warranty covers it. Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a short video showing the problem. We send a free replacement within 5-10 business days.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses and access past purchases easily.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store full card numbers.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use Shopify's secure checkout (industry-standard SSL encryption). Your payment data never touches our servers. Read our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we protect it.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 2 hours of placing the order to cancel. Once shipped, you'll need to return the device after delivery (free return shipping covered by our 30-day guarantee).

Can I send LumeLift Pro™ as a gift?

Yes — every order ships in a premium gift box. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. We don't include the invoice in the package (the recipient won't see the price). Want a personal message? Email us your order number and the message you'd like included.
