Thank you for shopping with tryNaruraluxe. We ship worldwide from our US fulfillment center. This Shipping Policy explains delivery timeframes, costs, and what to expect after you place an order.
1. Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order number immediately after purchase.
- A second email with tracking information is sent once your order ships (typically within 24-48 hours).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping rates and delivery times
United States:
- Standard shipping (USPS+): 5-8 business days. FREE over $50, $4.99 under.
- Express shipping: 2-3 business days. $12.99.
United Kingdom:
- Standard international: 6-9 business days. FREE over £50, £4.99 under.
European Union:
- Standard international: 7-12 business days. FREE over €50, €5.99 under.
Rest of the world:
- We ship to most countries. Delivery times vary (10-20 business days). Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Some remote regions may incur additional surcharges.
Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships, not from order date. They exclude weekends, holidays, and customs processing.
3. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track at any time:
- Log into your account on trynaruraluxe.com.
- Or paste your tracking number on USPS.com (US), Royal Mail (UK), or your local carrier.
4. Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in the order total. Charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs office.
If you refuse a parcel due to customs charges, your order will be returned to us at your expense and we will refund the product price minus original shipping costs.
5. Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and your building manager.
- Wait 24 hours, packages sometimes scan early.
- Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
- If still missing, email support@trynaruraluxe.com with your order number within 14 days of the "delivered" date and we will investigate or replace.
6. Damaged in transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Take photos of the outer packaging and contents before opening fully.
- Email support@trynaruraluxe.com within 48 hours with the photos and your order number.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
7. Address corrections
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We can update an address if your order has not yet shipped, email us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, we cannot intercept or redirect.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping. You may re-order at any time.
8. Forwarding services
If you use a freight forwarder or mail forwarding service, we cannot guarantee successful delivery and we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged after they reach the forwarder.
